Authorized persons you designate cannot read the content or access attachments; they can only view message subjects and update recipient/milestone details.
5. Data Retention
Messages are deleted:
- A year after they have been delivered
- After 10 years if there has been no update and the message is in draft status
- After 50 years if it is a scheduled message with a milestone that has not occurred.
Recipient contact information is retained for as long as it is linked to active or scheduled messages.
We may retain minimal account information after deletion for legal, security, and backup purposes.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Update your account and recipient information at any time
- Delete messages that are still in draft status
- Request deletion of your account by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without verifiable parental consent.
If you want to leave a message for a child under 13, you may use a designated contact to facilitate the delivery of the message. They then have the ability to update the delivery contact information as the child grows and is now of age and has its own email/phone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review it periodically.
