You must be at least 18 years old.

You must have a valid payment method on file to receive commissions.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at our discretion.

You will earn 20% commission on purchases made by referred customers during their first 12 months after registration.

Commissions apply only to paid purchases of message credits; no commission is earned on free trials.

Commission is calculated based on the net purchase amount (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts).

Commissions are tracked in your affiliate dashboard and paid on a monthly basis, by the 15th of the next calendar month, provided your commission balance meets the minimum payout threshold of $25.

Payments are made via PayPal or Venmo, as set-up in your account.

You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

As a Legacy Advocate, you agree to:

• Be truthful about what When I Was Here is and is not.
• Be respectful of the emotional nature of the Platform.
• Share authentically with your audience - in person, online, or in your community.
• Not mislead or oversell to obtain sign-ups.

You may not:

• Use spam or unsolicited communications to promote your referral link.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing.
• Bid on paid search ads using our brand name or related terms.
• Misrepresent your relationship with When I Was Here.

You can view clicks, sign-ups, and purchases through your affiliate dashboard.

Tracking relies on cookies and other technology; we are not responsible for lost commissions due to ad blockers, cookie deletion, or user device settings.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason.

If we determine you have violated these Terms, we may withhold unpaid commissions and terminate your account immediately.
